The 3.0 PTR went up this evening, and there's currently no line to transfer toons. The download's still really slow, but at least there's not a multi-day wait on copying toons over while you wait for the download. I'm hoping to get over there and play around with the 51-point trees to see where I'm headed once the patch goes live.

I'll believe it when I see it 
PTRs completely messed up atm btw. Logging in is a complete mess, nothing works, mobs are non-existant and ya can't port. I think I'll check back later...
